Welcome to Zion’s website. May the Peace of the Risen Lord be with you always! In 2009 Zion celebrated its centennial anniversary. Many changes have taken place since Zion’s founding in 1909 and the present day. At the same time God’s changeless truth that we find in the Holy Scriptures has not changed. God’s Holy Word served as the foundation of Zion Church at its inception and continues to be its foundation in the present day as well as in the years to come. We will continue with this same foundation as The Lord continues to bless Zion in the coming years. Zion is a confessional Lutheran Church founded in the Holy Scriptures and the Lutheran Confessions. Our liturgical worship is based entirely on God’s word. We at Zion proclaim God’s Word in our local community and in all parts of the world.

Zion School continues to offer quality Christian education from grades K-8. The children of our school receive a Christ centered education.

About our Pastor

Rev. Conrad has been the pastor of Zion since 2005. Prior to accepting God’s call to be the shepherd of our congregation, Pastor Conrad was a missionary in Venezuela for over 20 years. He speaks fluent Spanish. Prior to attending the seminary, he attended the University of Michigan where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. Obviously, he is a die-hard Michigan Wolverine fan. He has been married to his wife, Kathy, for over 30 years and they have a daughter, Ana.
